I had a problem of irregular mensuration cycle for many years and I did not get my periods before a three month interval. Once, you had advised in one of your pronouncements regarding the remedy of putting oil in navel. I practiced the same by petting petroleum jelly in my navel for 5-6 days and surprisingly got my periods just after one and a half months. Now, Alhamdulilah, I am perfectly fine. My mother often complained of gastric pain but ever since she tried the remedy, her pain has gone and she does not complain anymore.
